Fierce Grace ®
Developed by Michele Pernetta, one of the uk’s most highly respected yoga teachers, Fierce Grace is a system of interconnected hot power yoga classes that offers the ultimate blend of strength and flexibility for both body and mind. Based on classical Hatha yoga, Bikram and Ashtanga yoga, and sequenced in ways that adhere to ancient yogic principles as well as the latest research on attaining optimum results in the minimum amount of time. Each session has a different emphasis, duration and intensity.

A user-friendly but challenging general level class performed to music. Hip openers, deep twists, upper body strenghteners, bum and ab toners, this fully rounded workout works 100% of the body. It is a combination of Hatha, Power and Ashtanga yoga, Interval and Core Training and offers peak fitness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
+ Deep Core
The deepest stretch out there performed to music. Suitable for beginners and advanced students alike, this is an alignment class, both motivating and relaxing. Floor-based, allowing us to drop any desire to “perform” and connect deeply with body and breath.
Our class for beginners, injured, stiff, and unfit. Stiff, Old or Broken (S.O.B) has recently undergone its own modification and rehabilitation in our quest to continually improve our knowledge and skill in the area of working with injuries. You will experience more rehabilitation exercises to strengthen core, lower back, hamstrings and sacrum areas. Safe, effective, scientifically-proven exercises woven into template yoga poses to provide a safe environment for people to bring stabilization to overly loose or vulnerable areas, as well as flexibility to tight areas. Core and back are safely strengthened and engaged. No other group yoga class is using the latest findings and research in this way. Wild is part of the Fierce Grace Yoga System it is a new cardio-yoga class that bridges the gap between conventional gym workouts and yoga. WILD combines Kundalini Yoga, Barre, resistance stretching, HIIT and Super Slow training to strengthen and sculpt every inch of your body. Get strong and fit in this high energy, fast-paced class. Key benefits: builds stamina, core power and strength, along with yogic breathing to help oxygenate the entire body and purify and balance the nervous system. increases mobility and burns serious calories whilst sculpting every inch of your body.
A new one hour class with energetic flows and the secrets to arm balancing: building upper body strength, balance and focus. Learn the alignment protocols of inversions and arm balancing, and turn yourself upside down, get fit, and enjoy new challenges. Prepare yourself for an Advanced practise and learn user-friendly "glamour poses" such as Crow, Crane, Side Crow, Flying Pigeon, Dolphin and other fun arm balancing poses. The class is woven together within the Fierce Grace framework of flow, intensity, rest and challenge, to get you super strong and as light as air.

Bikram yoga is a 26 hatha yoga posture sequence selected and developed by bikram choudhury.The 26 postures systematically work every part of the body, to give the internal organs, the veins, the ligaments and the muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function. Each component takes care of something different in the body, and yet they all work together synergetically, contributing to the success of every other one, and extending its benefits.
A dynamic flowing practice in a heated room focusing on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity, motion and heat with the regularly varied sequence set to music. Poses are held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Suitable for all levels beginners to advanced.
Hot Power Yoga
Hot Power Yoga is a strong yoga class based on the ancient teachings of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, with elements of Sivananda for anatomical alignment designed for injury prevention. Classes work on building strength, burning fat and increasing cardio fitness. No two classes are the same, come ready to work!
Hot HIIT Yoga
Classes combines Yoga and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to create a unique class focusing on developing strength and stamina. Bringing together traditional asanas (poses) from Yoga with gym-style interval training, we will use a mixture of holding and pulsing movements to work on core and upper body strength, increase endurance and stamina, as well as promote ﬂexibility and coordination. Expect lunges, squats and planks! Heat is added to create a cardio level intensity to the class. This class is perfect for everyone regardless of ability or experience. Expect to work hard and have fun — and leave feeling energized!
If you are a regular gym or CrossFit trainer, then this class is perfect to help create balance and add some ﬂexibility training to the mix. If you practise Yoga and are struggling with developing core strength this is also a great option for you. Different options will be provided to allow you to work at the level that’s right for you.
All ability levels welcome. Classes are held in a heated room (temperature 34-35 °C). Music is played in these classes.
Hot Pilates is a mat based high intensity, full body and low-impact workout that uses Pilates principles to strengthen your core and improve your flexibility. The work out is 60 minutes long and done to music. The class is conducted in a room heated to 38 degrees and 40% humidity. It strengthens and tones muscles, burns fat and is a perfect complement to your Hot Yoga practice.
This class integrates elements of strength and stability along with traditional Hatha yoga asanas. Each class will work on specifically targeting different compartments of the body, to maintain an optimal mechanical function and a balanced nervous system. A special emphasis is given to the breath and its physiological repercussions of it during the practice. The class is suitable for all levels as alternatives are given according to the student's different needs.
