Warm it up

Our warm styles include Yin, Restorative and Hatha. Warm styles are practised in the hot studio with the heating switched off. They are warmed by the residual heat in the room.

Yin

Take some time for yourself and discover how wonderful it can feel to let go and surrender into a slow Yin practise. A perfect compliment to more active forms of yoga such as Bikram and Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga is a slower paced, meditative practice that typically holds postures for between 2 and 5 minutes. With the body supported by props, the muscles can let go and we can allow the pose to sink into the deeper tissues of the body. This benefits us physiologically as we target the deep fascia and safely exercise our joints, the emotional and psychological benefits of letting go and accepting "what is" are huge. 

This class will take place in the hot room with the heating off so the room will be ‘warm’.

Restorative Hatha

(60 MINS)

This class is simple and yet a highly effective Hatha Yoga practice. 

The goal of this class is to promote overall physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I will guide you through all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class such as pranayama, sun salutations, postures and savasana. Which will be done slowly and with control to stretch, strengthen and balance your body and your mind. 

This class is open to All Levels and an ideal step up from beginners classes. This class will offer a medium level of challenge for you to deepen your practice of yoga with a rewarding and meaningful experience on your mat.

Hatha Flow

(60 MINS)

TThis Hatha Flow Yoga class integrates breath awareness, sun salutations, postures and some creative flowing sequences. Both dynamic and relaxing, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, lighter and brighter after creating space in your body and mind. Energise your body and calm your mind.

This class is open to All Levels and an ideal step up from beginners classes. This class will offer a medium level of challenge for you to deepen your practice of yoga with a rewarding and meaningful experience on your mat.
